ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, is a not-for-profit trade association for professional businesses and individuals in the credit and collection industry. Founded in 1939, ACA brings together more than 5,500 members worldwide, establishes ethical standards, and produces a wide variety of products, services and publications. The Commercial Law League of America
Established in 1895, the CLLA’s core purpose is to work in service to the credit industry and to be the leader in providing legal, educational and professional services to the business and credit communities. CLLA members consist of attorneys who concentrate their practice in the areas of commercial law, collections, Uniform Commercial Code bankruptcy and reorganization.

The Commercial Collection Agency Association (CCAA) of the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA)
The CCAA’s core membership group represents the most prestigious commercial collection agencies in the United States, and its affiliate members are law firms and law list publishers who comprise the oldest and most cost-effective world-wide legal forwarding network.

New York State Collectors Association (NYSCA)
The NYSCA is an association of over 135 New York State collections agencies, whose purpose is to further and promote the general welfare of the credit and collection industry and to provide its members with tools that help in running a better collections business.
